- Hey kids.
-
- I was excited to see the full-page "Foundation 3.0" ad in a recent
- magazine (I forget which); Foundation was recently reviewed by the
- R.I.P. Info magazine as the best hypermedia package available...
- Version 3.0 supposedly comes with much better documentation and
- examples AND is priced at $100! (The review had it priced at more
- than twice that).
-
- BUT every time I call the number to order it, I get an answering
- machine saying that the program will be available August n (weeks
- ago), and says to leave your number for a callback. I've done this
- several times, but no callback (I'm long-distance from them, but
- still, this isn't a great way to release a product). They do list
- a fax number, but I'm reluctant to fax a credit card to a non-
- answering company...
-
- Anyone successfully deal with these people?
-
- Thanks, -Mike (grusin@tramp.colorado.edu)
