- Then explain to me why a VGA card will work in an IBM XT that was designed
- way back in the prehistoric age, but C= can't get the AGA chip set to work
- in a machine that was designed much later (e. g. the A3000)??

- If you think the big software houses aren't writing for the Amiga now do you
- think they'll start anytime soon? I mean, what do you do (go after the
- bigger market--ECS--or write 256 color apps just to show off the AGA's pretty
- colors [err, newer technology].

- Don't get me wrong. I think Commodore is on the right track (I hate the IDE
- idea, but it's about time they started using SIMMs), but I hate the way they
- got everyone hyped up on the 3000 (power-up, etc) only to render it useless
- after two years (provided AGA catches on of course).
