  10. I still like most of the Gizmos2.0 applications I got so many years ago.
  11. I do have problems with two of them that I've always wanted fixed, so I
  12. think I'll toss out these questions.

  14. 1.) In rollodex, has anyone ever gotten the dialer to work?  I've tried it
  15. on a Supra2400, Supra9600 and Courier Dual with no luck (w/WB1.3, 2.0 and
  16. 2.1).  What pre, and post strings do you have entered?  Their "Hayes"
  17. strings do nothing for me.  Do you also use ;\013 for return?  Does it work?
  18. What speed and other settings do you use in your serial prefs prefs?

  20. 2.) Their otherwise excellent calculators do not recognize all of the keypad
  21. keys (the ()*+ and enter key).  Back under 1.2 there was was a small,
  22. somewhat flakey program called "keys" that fixed the problem, but it only
  23. crashes under 2.0 or later.  Has anyone ever figured a patch for these
  24. calculators.  I really like them, but without keypad support they are hard
  25. to use.

  29. And BTW- how about some cheers for these early (1986!) Digital Creations
  30. gems.  They may still be the best set of all-purpose desktop utilities ever
  31. written for Amy.
