  17. I'm currently using Borderblank by Fabio Rossetti.  It's available on
  18. Portal.  It permanently blanks the border around all screens.  The only
  19. program that doesn't like it is (not surprisingly) the Toaster.

  21. I know it's on portal, but I can't say about any of the expensive
  22. commercial nets.

  24. I don't ever recall seeing Blackborder anywhere.  Hmm.  I'll take a look for
  25. it.  In the mean time, perhaps I could mail you Borderblank?
