- MM>So don't. CBM isn't forcing you to buy new hardware. Nobody in their

-
- Actually there are a lot of programs getting ready to be released. New
- Horizon is already advertising the new version of Pro Write has AGA
- support. Other programs expected to be released with AGA support late
- this year or early next year are, Professional Page, Professional Draw,
- Page Stream, Dpaint 5, Imagine, Art Department, Excellence ect. A lot
- of companies have been working on versions for quite some time. The reason
- for the quick turn around is due to the simple modifications required.
-
- Workbench 2.0 as a halfway step the the AGA chipset. Programs written for
- WB 2.0 got most of the screen information from the OS. Because the program
- was programmed this way all that is required is support for more colour
- registers.
