  27.  Urban D. Mueller is the maintainer of the sources for csh, please just send
  28.  him a Bug-Fix, and he will add that to his sources and release a new 
  29.  Version. DON'T even think to spread a self-made-bg-fix. Guess why the csh
  30.  has so many Beta-Testers ? 
  31.  You can do bug-fixes on your own, but don't spread them w/o 'permission'.

  35.  Anyway, Urban has started on csh V6.0, which will be OS 2.0 only and
