  55. Not (IMHO).  I will almost guarantee that the problem he is having is the fact
  56. that he has some newsgroups in his active file that do not have directories.
  57. If you run the arnmaster and see: Warning! Blha blah has no directory
  58. Then the database is NOT created, hence no files in that directory.  Also,
  59. the active file needs an active.bak with ZERO's in it to reflect that 
  60. nothing has been read yet.
