- I have no problem setting the function keys with the following:
-
- Set-Key F10 "^X^C" in a file S:Emacs_pro, where I've used CtrlQ-CtrlX to get ^X
- and CtrlQ-CtrlC for ^C.
-
- If this doesn't work... maybe you have the keys blocked by setting them in fkey.
- I had this problem.
-
- Now I can set all the function keys, all the numbered keys on the keypad, the
- minus key on the kaypad, and the enter key. BUT !! I just can't set the
- plus key, paranthesis keys, or asterisk key on the keypad, not even by using
- ^X^K within Memacs itself!
-
- Needless to say... using Emacs18.58 there is no problem...but if only I could
- rid of the border...
-
- Chris.
-
- p.s. If anyone knows why the +,(,),* keys can't be set, please tell !!!
