  12. It's hard to take any legal action without it, he can say ya agreed on "as
  13. is" and without anything in writing the judge can't do anything in small
  14. claims.
  15. Sorry ya had to learn the hard way friend, next time use yer printer and
  16. send the next person a little "sales agreement", if they are unwilling to
  17. sign it, forget em. I'd sign anything like that if I was selling something
  18. I knew to be in reasonable condition. Good luck :)
