- generalization is meaningless. I currently use an AD516 in my Amiga for
- audio production. Professionally. A lot of folks use the soundtools stuff
- on the mac and there are systems for the NeXT using its built in DSP.

- The SunRize stuff (AD1012 & AD516) is cool. Clearly an onboard DSP is
- professionally useful. Even the Amiga's currently included 8 bit
- capability is useful for sound effects in a pinch.
