  22. True!  A 40 Meg HD will NOT magically turn into an 80 Meg HD, just by running
  23. one of these programs.  These programs will reduce the size of a file, so that 
  24. you can fit more files onto the same capacity HD.

  26. I think everyone has a good idea of what these programs are used for, so
  27. there's no need to get upset over terminology.  Relax, and worry about more
  28. important issues...like who will be the next U.S. President.  :)  or  :(
