  33. In order to support all of the A3000s video modes, you need a
  34. monitor that can sync at 15.75kHz (NTSC/PAL) and at 31.5kHz (VGA)
  35. frequencies. You should look for a multisync whose sync specs
  36. include this range. The 15.75kHz rate is used by normal and
  37. interlaced video, which includes all video modes of your current
  38. A1000. The 31.5kHz rate is used by the de-interlaced video modes
  39. of flicker-fixers and the A3000 non-interlaced modes. The monitor
  40. should support Analog RGB over this range.

  45. Unfortunately, no. CGA has the same sync frequency as the A1000
  46. but uses Digital RGB. VGA monitors have the same sync frequency
  47. as the A3000's new video modes, but won't work w/ the A1000.
