  12. I purchased a MIDI GOLD internal midi/serial port for my 2000.  When I
  13. installed the port in the computer, it doesn't work.  I followed the
  14. instructions that came with the package but yet no success.  It says that when
  15. this is installed that the original port won't work, but yet the original one
  16. still works correctly.  I seen no mention of moving any jumpers or running any
  17. special program to use the port.  How does the computer know that I have the
  18. port plugged in and which one to use?  Maybe someone else had this or a
  19. simmilar problem.  Any help that can be supplied would be greatly appreciated.
  20. I have an external midi port and it works when I plug it the serial port. Any
  21. ideas on what could be wrong.
