- Hello:
-
- I purchased a MIDI GOLD internal midi/serial port for my 2000. When I
- installed the port in the computer, it doesn't work. I followed the
- instructions that came with the package but yet no success. It says that when
- this is installed that the original port won't work, but yet the original one
- still works correctly. I seen no mention of moving any jumpers or running any
- special program to use the port. How does the computer know that I have the
- port plugged in and which one to use? Maybe someone else had this or a
- simmilar problem. Any help that can be supplied would be greatly appreciated.
- I have an external midi port and it works when I plug it the serial port. Any
- ideas on what could be wrong.
-
- Later dudes
