- Nope! Hell, they won't even make a 3000 Toaster, much less a 4000
- toaster. I hear that they are considering selling Lightwave separately,
- again. You never know what the NewTekians will or won't do next. It
- kind of depends on who gets hit where with the dart guns. I think the
- game scene is the major decision making activity at NewTek. I applaude
- the creative atomosphere that Tim has created at NewTek, but I have to
- wonder if regular play periods at work will be the ulimate answer to
- rekindling American productivity as Tim seems to think.
-
- BTW what do you Amigans think of the anims shown at WOC last week done
- by NUtopia? The short Toaster anim aired at the NewTek demo at 5:30 and
- by popular demand 7:30 at the Hilton. It was an animated chrome toaster
- that morphed just about every way you can. Very cool! The one by Todd
- Rungren's production company called "Theology" was one of the wildest
- morph orgys in captivity. The message was from the other side of the
- strange zone. I guess those rock musicians are still over doing the
- drug scene :) They're very creative, but they tend to create major
- league weirdness. I guess I'm just not with the New Age
- hypno-consciousness-everything-is-one-universal-glob scene. No doubt,
- I'll be one of those poor slobs who will be slated for elimination in
- the New World Order.
-
- On a more serious note, Lightwave 3.0 is got some serious new medicine!
- The lens flair was most cool! That Allen, how does he do it? It must
- be pretty awesome to make some major bucks for living you're fantasy! I
- wonder how much the upgrade will cost this time!
