- I own an A3000/25. When I first bought it, I believed that it would be the
- platform for all upgrades for about three-four years. I was wrong. But,
- I'm not at all mad. I don't want Commodore to restrain themselves to what
- my computer is hardware limited to. I don't have the funds to run out and
- buy an A4000, so I will own the A3000 for a while yet. I will be envious,
- but I can still do some pretty cool things with my DCTV on my A3000.
-
- What I am saying is that the A3000 is still a good machine. It is the most
- comfortable system I have ever used, and I have used quite a few. I am
- pleased with the quality of my machine, both software and hardware. I have
- got my use out of it and will continue to in the future. In fact, I bet that
- a lot of used A3000s will hit the market at good prices. Depending on your
- needs, these might be a good deal.
-
- Commodore is far from perfect, but don't run them down just when they are
- starting to get it right.
