  19. Sorry... the cheat is a .COM file that modifies CIV.EXE, and I don't have it
  20. anymore. Railroads everywhere is definitely a big plus... my largest city
  21. was size 33 when I finally gave up and destroyed the last remaining
  22. civilization.
