- It is used ONLY by Skyline systems (legally). It is a proprietary
- system invented my Michael Cox (of CVI Teleproductions Inc.) who wrote the
- Skyline BBS system for the Amiga. It is ILLEGAL to write software which
- implements this protocol without explicit written consent from Michael
- himself.
