  17.     It is used ONLY by Skyline systems (legally). It is a proprietary
  18. system invented my Michael Cox (of CVI Teleproductions Inc.) who wrote the
  19. Skyline BBS system for the Amiga.  It is ILLEGAL to write software which
  20. implements this protocol without explicit written consent from Michael
  21. himself.
