  28. Oh, yes, Flying Buffalo still lives, at least as of a year or two ago (and I
  29. am pretty sure you can still order their games, as several friends of mine
  30. want to get nuclear war/escalation).  And as for their permission for a BBS
  31. game, I once contacted them on Compuserve for the very same reason, and they
  32. essentially told me that they were flattered, and as long as I wasn't
  33. actually selling the game, they had no problem.  Best if you actually
  34. contact them again, though, as they could feel differently.  (And, no, I
  35. never got around to doing the Nuclear war game...)  I had their C$erve
  36. address at one time (it came with the game) but I have since lost it.  If by
  37. chance you still had the game, there was a flyer describing their yearly
  38. April 14'th tournament ("The Day Before") conducted on cserve and another
  39. net (can't remember the name).  And you can send the mail via internet if
  40. you have the address.
