  29. I figured it out!  Willy says in the doc that RexxArpLib version 3.0 is
  30. required, and he's not kidding!  I told "archie" to tell me where all the
  31. ftp sites with ArpLib were - he reported only 1 with an obvious 3.0:

  36. The included documentation tells about AmigaDOS 1.3 limitations but implies
  37. that it's more or less 100% functional.
