  28.    I wouldn't worry about `ToolManager'. It sits happily in the background
  29. and waits until any actions are to be taken. `JobManager' on the other hand
  30. wedges into the kernel routines. `JobManager' is potentially more dangerous
  31. than `ToolManager'.
