- Tool manager is NOT a problem. It seems just fine. I went so far as to:

- 1) Try booting from a floppy with only CBM commands
- 2) Try Term2.2b

- On both, the clipping seems to be the problem. Drag on nothing, it's dead.

- A double mouse-click on 2.3 will still kill it. The only thin I haven't tried
- is booting from a Commodore 2.04 floppy, but there's not much point...
