  13. Tool manager is NOT a problem.  It seems just fine.  I went so far as to:

  15.          1) Try booting from a floppy with only CBM commands
  16.          2) Try Term2.2b

  18. On both, the clipping seems to be the problem.  Drag on nothing, it's dead.

  20. A double mouse-click on 2.3 will still kill it.  The only thin I haven't tried
  21. is booting from a Commodore 2.04 floppy, but there's not much point...
