  10. Since upgrading to RISC OS 3.10, I have been presented with several
  11. postmortems, generally when copying a file between filing systems
  12. in the desktop.

  14. Can anyone shed any light on this?  Full postmortem details can be
  15. posted if they are of any use or interest.. No unusual module or
  16. application tasks were running, or had been loaded since the last reset.
