  16. At every public Acorn event which I have attended, there has always
  17. been at least one Acorn sales/marketing person dressed in full Acorn (TM)
  18. outfit (suit and tie), but wearing no form of identification. I could
  19. understand this if they were not on duty, but when they are clearly
  20. dressed to deal with the public, and indeed are doing so, I wish that
  21. all such representatives would wear name badges.

  23. (It might also increase their customer-friendliness. I have to say that (IMHO)
  24. the attitudes of one or two salesmen are very poor).
