  12.    While I was looking through my news, I noticed that Mr. Greg Nicholls (nicho@VNET.IBM.COM) mentioned using KA9Q to run a SLIP connection. Now I know what a SLIP is, but what is KA9Q? Is it PD? If not, how much is it and where from? How easy is it to us
