  10. Today, I encountered this NaN thingy, as well as something else...but I
  11. don't recall it off hand( Int or Inf or something...).  I looked in the 3rd
  12. edition of "C a reference manual" by Harbison and Steele, but found
  13. nothing.  Where is this stuff covered?  Is it IEEE?  Is it in the ANSI
  14. standard?  How much is the ANSI standard, and where can I get it?
