  13. I'm working on some software that's going to be reading and writing
  14. CGM files.  Rather than start from scratch using the CGM specs, I'd
  15. prefer to start from existing code.

  17. The code doesn't actually have to DO anything with the CGM file,
  18. just so long as the code to read and/or write CGM files is there.
  19. The code will have to be uncopyrighted or loosely-copyrighted.
