  11. What I'm looking for is a very spartan, simple and straightforward text editor,
  12. preferably something like the PD MS-DOS TED editor, to run on our local Ultrix
  13. system. I've checked WUARCHIVE, and found nothing really suitable in their
  14. unix-c or comp.sources archives.

  16. Ideally, the editor would...
  17.  
  18.     Not be a line editor, vi or WordStar clone.
  19.     Contain only the most basic functions: cut, paste, find, save, etc.
  20.     Use standard arrow keys, etc.
  21.     Support VT100/ansi terminal/keyboard/display.
  22.     Be very small (under 16K? 32K?).
  23.     Include ANSI standard/Sys V/Ultrix C or pascal source code.
  24.   
  25. A homebrew program, perhaps written as an experiment or an assignment, would
  26. be great.
