  12. Hi, has anyone gathered the collection of codes from the C++ Answer
  13. book, and unpacked them from the clumsy bunch of shars on
  14. research.att.com? Many thanks to Tony Hansen for making his examples
  15. avail, but before I spend a while mget'ing them and putting them in a
  16. nice tree, I wonder if anyone else has done this, and might be willing
  17. to tar up everything and make it avail for ftp. I have a vague memory
  18. of a site in OZ that did this.
