- I am sure that I am plowing in an already well-tilled field, and I hope
- someone may be able to point me to an existing repository of information
- on the topic.
-
- Anyway, my colleagues and I have heard a lot of rumors, a little fact, and
- a lot of fiction about the importance and/or necessity of being ISO 9000
- compliant/certified. Yet I still cannot honestly say I can judge whether
- or not my company really needs to be concerned. It has not yet been an issue
- with customers and we do sell in Europe.
-
- What's the best way to boostrap oneself quickly with the knowledge needed to
- decide what course to take with respect to ISO 9000?
-
- Thanks,
-
