- Over the last few years I have been teaching a Real-time Software
- Engineering course at the University of British Columbia. My emphasis has
- been on the use of methodologies such as Ward/Mellor and Hatley/Pirbhai.
-
- My students have always complained that their work is somewhat cumbersome
- without the aid of CASE tools. Since we don't have sufficient budget
- to purchase one of the many commercial tools available, I wonder
- what public domain unix tools are available.
-
- Any advice would be appreciated.
