  11. Over the last few years I have been teaching a Real-time Software 
  12. Engineering course at the University of British Columbia.  My emphasis has 
  13. been on the use of methodologies such as Ward/Mellor and Hatley/Pirbhai.

  15. My students have always complained that their work is somewhat cumbersome
  16. without the aid of CASE tools.  Since we don't have sufficient budget 
  17. to purchase one of the many commercial tools available, I wonder
  18. what public domain unix tools are available.
