  19. Yep, you are right. One does not have to be resident in the US to
  20. read the standard and efficiently implement DES.

  32. Eric's version is designed to drop-in to the "bones" version of Kerberos.
  33. Antti's version comes with an emulation of the Sun des(1) program.
