- I'm trying to help my boss out. His machine has KA9Q and a modern
- packet driver that understands the "-w" (Windows) option. However,
- continuous pings show that 80% to 90% of incoming packets are lost.
-
- What's the secret PIF setting that lets KA9Q run under Windows?
-
- More info: Windows in in Enhanced mode. Packet driver is WD8003E
- version 9.7.0, loaded into high memory (i.e. between 640K and 1M)
- before Windows starts. And computer is beige. ;-)
-
- adTHANKSvance for any clues.
