  10. I have installed the Intel slip driver on a Consensys Unix System V rel 4.0.3.
  11. When using a dialup a slip session can be started and finished ok.
  12. When someone tries subsequently to login the /etc/issue message is displayed
  13. without carrage returns. Any character typed in at the login prompt clears the
  14. call. The slip driver pops the ldterm and ttcompat modules before attaching.
  15. It looks as though the modules are not being pushed by ttymon before restarting the service.

  18. Has anyone ported dialupip for SysV?
