- If I use kerberos (well, eBones) on a host with 2 Ethernet interfaces,
- kerberized applications work when the destination host is on the same
- interface as the KDC server, but I always get
-
- Kerberos rsh or rcp failed: Incorrect network address (krb_rd_req)
- rsh: Kerberos rcmd failed: rcmd protocol failure.
-
- when talking to a service through the other interface. I think this is
- because the IP addr of the client is included in the ticket, and the real
- ip address used to talk to the service is different from the one used when
- talking to the ticket granting server.
-
- Is there a fix/work-around for that?
-
- Thanks,
-
- \Bernhard.
