  15. could someone please post his experience in terms of throuput
  16. about utilizing the 3172 LAN-box.

  18. We do use the 3172 modell 1 in conjunction with IBM's TCP/IP
  19. under VM. ftp's throuput is somewhere about 160 KB/sec or below,
  20. depending on the counterpart (workstation, AT, etc.).

  22. So is there any experience available about utilizing the follow up
  23. box (I guess it's called 3172 Modell 2). What's the thouput in
  24. what kind of environment?
