- I'm looking for the information on the nuts-and-bolts of ARA (OSI layer 2).
- I've read Inside Macintosh (v 1-6) and Inside AppleTalk (rev 2), and haven't
- seen anything. Can someone steer me to a technical note/bulletin/napkin
- someplace with the details of how packets are squished from the DDP?
-
- Basically, I'd like to see how (externally) the OSI data-link layer looks.
- I'm fairly familiar with LLAP and ELAP, and I'd imagine it differs some from
- LLAP, both because of the lower speed rate and the different medium.
-
- Please respond via email to 76450.762@compuserve.com. I'll summarize the
- responses, if someone so desires.
-
- Many thanks for your help in advance,
- Ray Rischpater

- PS: Please don't let this be a FAQ. Please. :)
