  19. Yes, we are using DSNLink at Hiram College.  It is wonderful!  With DSNLink you
  20. get direct access to the same database that Digital uses when you call the
  21. Software Support number.  This means that you may be able to find the answer to
  22. your question without waiting an hour or two for someone to return your call.

  24. You can also submit service requests using DSNLink and receive a call sequence
  25. number almost immediately.  Digital will then respond to your request using
  26. DSNLink.

  28. Once you have the sequence number you will be able to send files to them.  A
  29. good use for this is sending them log files of the problem you're experiencing.
