  20. It probably means the terminal line you're using doesn't have Altypeahd set. 
  21. Do a SET TERMINAL/ALTYPEAHD ???? if that's the case (show term ???? will tell
  22. you if its set or not).  The other possibility is that the ALTYPEAHD buffer
  23. isn't big enough in which case you'll need to get your system mangler to
  24. autogen your system with the appropriate value of the system parameter
  25. TTY_ALTYPAHD.  What that is is anybodys guess, but it's probably a largish
  26. number.
