  10. We have a tape drive which is allocated to a non-existent process.  The process
  11. is not in a wait state,; it doesn't exist.  Our support droids said we've gotta
  12. re-boot the node.  We'd really rather not.  Anyone know of a program that'll
  13. deallocate it?  If not, anyone know what bits to flip?
