  12.     Does anyone know how an OS9 program can tell if a path number refers to
  13. a SCF, RBF, or socket device. The _iobuf structure in <stdio.h> gives some bit
  14. codes (_SCF, _RBF). Do they belong to _iobuf._flag? What about identifying the
  15. path as a socket?
