  13. This is my first post, so please forgive errors. I am using a
  14. COCO III to access a VaxCluster through dialup line. I have
  15. learned to FTP OS-9 files to my account, but am having difficulty
  16. getting the .ar files to MY machine. I have SETUP XMODEM on the 
  17. Vax, but the docs refer to it as being MODEM 7. I don't know if that
  18. is my problem, but the .ar files I have downloaded produce only a
  19. few words from the README file in the archive. The rest is junk.
  20. I have used both GET & BGET in FTP but get the same result. The
  21. local CONSULT here only supports KERMIT. I can FTP KERMIT file
  22. to my account but ....... You see the problem! I will be thankful
  23. for any assistance.
