  14. Does anybody know if the device monitor feature is 
  15. supported under PM in 1.3?

  17. I was able to do DosMonOpen(), DosMonReg(), DosMonRead(),
  18. and DosMonWrite() for KBD$ in OS/2 full screen mode under 1.3.
  19.  
  20. When I tried to do the same from a PM program, the DosMonReg()
  21. reported that the monitor is not supported.  Why?  I read both
  22. the Duncan book and MS OS/2 Prog. Ref. and nothing was mentioned
  23. this would not work. The diagram in Duncan's book (page 421) 
  24. shows this would work.
