  24. P.S.  I am requesting Westchester County only because I am currently 
  25. commuting 50 minutes to Stamford, CT and hate it, and can't move because
  26. my fiancee and I have already "implemented" (ugh.  For lack of better
  27. wording) a large portion of our wedding preparations.
