- These are not 32-bit functions. They are 16-bit functions. While
- they are supported (in os2286.lib and appropriate system .DLL files),
- they aren't documented in the OS/2 2.0 toolkit/manuals, since it is a
- 32-bit toolkit.

- I suggest you find either a book on 16-bit OS/2 programming or locate
- the OS/2 1.3 toolkit. I think it can still be gotten, but I don't
