  17. These are not 32-bit functions.  They are 16-bit functions.  While
  18. they are supported (in os2286.lib and appropriate system .DLL files),
  19. they aren't documented in the OS/2 2.0 toolkit/manuals, since it is a
  20. 32-bit toolkit.

  22. I suggest you find either a book on 16-bit OS/2 programming or locate
  23. the OS/2 1.3 toolkit.  I think it can still be gotten, but I don't
  24. know what price it'll be selling for.
