- I have a problem. When I access network drives through a VDM with
- NETWARE_RESOURCES set to GLOBAL, I/O is much slower than if I set
- NETWARE_RESOURCES to PRIVATE, load NETX, and login privately in
- that session.
-
- I would like to be able to just log in once at the OS/2 level, and have
- icons available on the desktop for DOS apps that reside on the network,
- but the I/O speed is a problem.
-
- Is there some setting I can make to eliminate a bottleneck somewhere?
-
- Thanks.
-
- NOTE: Please e-mail, my newsfeed site is down. Thanks!
