- Has *anyone* out there got the TCP/IP 1.2.1 SLIP to work? I have gotten as
- far as being able to dial and connect to my terminal server. I can even do
- pings and the modem lights will flash correctly, but no packets are returning
- to the program. Ping still says 100% packet loss. Both Transmit and receive
- lights flash when I do a ping for a host that is up and only transmit flashes
- for a host that is down. In either case, ping reports 100% packet loss.
- It seems to me the lower layers (INET, IFNDIS and SLIO) are not sending
- the received packets up the ladder. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks,
- p.s: I am using the latest and greatest commga drivers from
- software.watson.ibm.com...
