  12.   Whenever I telnet into our os2 machines running tcp/ip 1.2.1
  13.   and the machine is doing some cpu intensive task, the remote
  14.   telnet session is unusable.  Just redrawing the prompt takes
  15.   5 to 10 seconds.  It seems that os2 looks at this remote telnet
  16.   session as a background low priority task and gives it near zero
  17.   cycles.  Has anyone encountered this situation and have a solution.

  19.   The machine is a 486-50 with 16Megs-60ns and 660Meg drive.  These
  20.   should be enough hardware resources.  The problem must be with
  21.   the telnet server or some other software aspect.

  23.   Telneting out from this machine with the same cpu load works
  24.   just fine.  A similar machine behaves the same.
