  21. Yes.  Shutdown all running Windows programs and the Win-OS/2 desktop.
  22. Remove all references to the Clipboard ("!clipwos2") in
  23. \OS2\MDOS\WINOS2\SYSTEM.INI using a text editor, then restart
  24. Win-OS/2.
