- If your bios makes the ram available for normal use, you will get a little
- speedup because your machine will have (128k or 364k) more memory available
- before it needs to swap. The bios is only used during booting, so it don't

- Sure. The 'drag and drop' program starting is part of the WPS.
- Any program may be started by dropping a file on it. The file will by
- default be the programs parameter 1. You may change the layout of the
- command line by bringing up the programs object menu (click on it
- with button 2.) You may include fixed parameters (options etc.), deciding
- what parts of the filename that will be used, and you can make the
- WPS prompt for more parameters before it starts your program.
- I have done this with PKUNZIP myself.
- If you drop a bunch of files on a program, there will be started one program
- for each file.

- Try specifying a large DISKCACHE. This should speed up floppy access.
- With 16M ram, you could specify a size equal to the size of the floppies...
