- The default behaviour for os/2 is to start up all programs that where
- running when you shut it down last time, and start all programs
- in the startup folder.

- when you set autostart=startupfoldersonly, you disable the feature
- that start programs that were running at the last time of shutdown, only
- programs in the startup folder will be started. This can be useful if
- a program wich hangs os/2 is autostarted so that you cannot get rid of it
- by closing it.
